FAQ for Former Bluestone / Select Borrowers
Your loan with Bluestone Home Loans NZ, New Zealand Home Loans or Select Home Loans NZ will be migrated to Challenger Mortgage Management (CMM).
We’ve created these helpful FAQs to keep you informed and make the transition as smooth as possible for you.
We want to inform you that in December 2024, your loan will be serviced by CMM, however, there are no changes to your loan terms and conditions.

CMM specialises in the administration and daily servicing activities of Australian and New Zealand residential home loans.
- If you pay by direct debit, your loan repayments will continue as normal. No action is required on your part.
- If you pay by direct credit, your payment details are changing. The CMM team will provide the updated details via post, or you can call or email us to obtain your details.
There are no changes to the existing fees and charges schedule.
- If you pay by direct debit, no further action is required from you.
- If you pay by direct credit, keep an eye out for the new payment details from CMM or you can call or email us to obtain your details.
Your full loan history, terms, and conditions will be migrated to CMM. You will be able to access this information through CMM’s website.
